Fraser Valley Specialty Poultry is proud to present its pop-up dinner event “When Poultry Meets Wine” on August 17th, 2018.
Edible Canada, in collaboration with Fraser Valley Specialty Poultry and Ripples Estate Winery, will showcase the talents of their culinary team with a 4-course plated dinner. We put no constraints on their menu, allowing their creativity and incredible food to shine. Each course will be impeccably paired with a different wine, introduced by the Ripples Estate and Sommelier Ashley West before being poured. Imagine, enjoying perfectly paired wines, duck and squab in the heart of Granville Island!
The menu will feature locally sourced, grown and harvested ingredients from some of the most incredible farms throughout the Fraser Valley. The menu will be prepared by Chef Tobias Grignon. Along with dinner, guests will enjoy two wine pairings as well as a complimentary drink upon arrival. Program also includes chef demonstration, introduction on poultry and wine pairing by Sommelier Ashley West, and lucky draw.

Tickets for the dinner are $80 per person inclusive of gratuity and taxes but exclusive of Eventbrite fees. All sales are final and no refunds.
