We have many different duck options for you to try all of which are born, raised and processed on our farm in Chilliwack BC.
Our “Grade A” Pekin duck is raised without the use of antibiotics. It is perfect for roasting or barbecuing to get delicious, tender meat and crisp, buttery skin. Through careful on farm management, from breeding and hatching to raising and processing all on our farm, FVSP “Grade A” Duck is top quality.
We offer a variety of duck products including whole ducks and duck parts such as duck legs, wings, necks, and breasts. Limited supplies of ground duck and ready-to-eat options such as duck farmer sausage and smoked duck breast are available in our Farm Store and by special order.
