We have many different duck options for you to try all of which are born, raised and processed on our farm in Chilliwack BC.
Our “Grade A” Pekin duck is raised without the use of antibiotics and perfect for roasting or barbecuing to get delicious tender meat and crisp buttery skin that other birds simply can’t measure up to. Through careful management from breeding and hatching to raising and processing all on our farm, you can rest assured that FVSP “Grade A” Duck is top quality.
We offer different duck options – whole ducks and parts such as duck legs, wings, necks, and breasts. Limited supply of ground duck and ready-to-eat options such as duck farmer sausage, and smoked duck breast are available in our Farm Store and by special order.
