The Embden Goose is a breed of domestic goose. They are the most common breed for meat production. These fast-growing, hardy birds are pure white with orange bills and orange legs. These flocks are grown in March, and processed until July to supply the demand for Young Goose.  The average size of a Young Goose is 3.5 kgs. We hold a portion of the flock until Christmas so Christmas Geese can be available during the holidays. These Christmas Geese can weigh up to 5 kgs.
