Duck Farmer Sausage
Duck Farmer Sausage is exceptionally versatile, whether grilled, baked, pan-fried, or served cold with farm fresh cheese, freshly baked crostini, and a sweet red pepper jelly. Duck Farmer Sausage makes a lovely alternative to pork, as it is very similar in flavour to a pork sausage, but with a smoother, leaner texture.
