Grilled, baked, pan fried, or served cold with farm fresh cheese, freshly bakes crostini and a sweet red pepper jelly, Duck Farmer Sausage is exceptionally versatile. Duck Farmer Sausage makes a lovely alternative to pork, as it is very similar in flavour to a pork sausage.
