Turkey Fraser Valley Specialty Poultry

We work with local growers to bring in the best Turkey for the Holidays. Turkeys raised locally, such as those under the JD Farms Specialty Turkey Certification are fed a natural diet of grain, vitamins and minerals, and are raised without any antibiotics or animal by-products. Turkeys are generally processed 2 times each year – Spring and Winter.  As this is not a main product for FVSP, it is difficult to give exact times for processing.
