Where can I buy FVSP poultry?
You'll find our poultry at our Farm Store in Yarrow and at select retailers across British Columbia. Our plant is authorized to sell poultry within BC only. Visit our Where to Buy page to find a location near you.
Can I buy directly from the farm?

Do you offer wholesale supply for restaurants and grocery stores?

How should I store your poultry products?
We use top-quality vacuum-sealed or thermo-formed packs for our poultry. Stored in a typical freezer that's in good repair, our frozen poultry can be enjoyed within one year of purchase.
How should I thaw your poultry products?
The day before you plan to use your poultry, take the package out of the freezer and place it in your fridge without opening it. To speed things up and use it the same day, immerse the sealed package in a vessel of cold water. Thawing time varies with the size of the product — chicken wings defrost quickly, while a whole duck takes longer. For best practices on thawing meat, see the Health Canada website.
