  • 2 Yarrow Meadow chicken breast
  • 1 pack Davies Thick Cut Bacon
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 8 slices of bread
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • Mayonnaise

Preparation Instructions

  1. Spread olive oil, salt, and pepper over chicken breast before grilling. Grill until chicken has an internal temperature of 75° celsius.
  2. While chicken is cooking, slice bacon in half and cook in fry pan until crispy. Remove and dab excess oil with paper towel.
  3. Toast slices of bread and spread with mayo.
  4. Slice tomato, lettuce, and grilled chicken.
  5. Place all of the components onto the bread, making sure to place cheese over the chicken and bacon so it melts.
  6. Slice sandwich in half and secure with toothpick if necessary.
